Rebecca's rosaries are guaranteed for life against defect in material and workmanship. I will make repairs on any rosary I make, if ever the need arises due to defect in material or workmanship, for free. You pay the postage to Rebecca's Rosaries, I will pay the postage back to you.

Payment Options
RebeccasRosaries.com uses PayPal to process orders. You do not need to have a PayPal account. Paypal accepts payment by VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Your credit card statement will show the name "RRosaries" for any purchase from this web site. If you are uncomfortable with Internet transactions, you may send a check, drawn from a U.S. bank, made out to Rebecca's Rosaries. Your order will be shipped as soon as your check clears and funds are made available to Rebecca's Rosaries. Please e-mail Admin@RebeccasRosaries.com for complete check payment instructions.
Refunds
All custom sales are final. If there is a defect on any rosary part, I will replace it with the identical item, if possible, or a similar item of equal value for free, including reimbursing you for the cost of the return postage. Please understand, however, that I cannot absorb the loss and refund items you ordered if you made a mistake, such as choosing a wrong size, color, or combination.
Shipping
All rosaries are shipped via Priority Mail and are insured. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping is currently set at $9.00 per rosary. Purchases over $249.99 are not charged for shipping.
International Shipping
Regretfully, if you are out of the United States, I cannot accept your order at this time.
Sales Tax
For shipments of rosaries within Arizona, please add 8.05% sales tax. This should be automatically calculated on your order form, however, if it is not, you will still be held responsible for the tax and it will be added to your payment total.
I will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of receipt of your order. However, I can not be held responsible if your ISP or a technical problem prevents delivery of our email to you. I will make a second attempt to e-mail your confirmation, but have to limit this attempt to only one more time. In the event you do not receive your confirmation email, and would want to be sure your order was received, email me with a telephone number where you can be reached, including your name and order number, and I will call you.
Custom rosaries are handcrafted to order. Sometimes turnaround time can be fairly quick, within a week; however, I can never anticipate how many orders I will receive at any time of the year, and may require up to 2-1/2 weeks to complete your order. Please plan ahead for holidays and sacraments.
