Rebecca's Rosaries
I have been working on a more masculine rosary, not with any intention of
making it a Guadalupe rosary, since the original Guadalupe rosary I had
imagined would be a reflection of the colors of her gown and mantle.   However,
the more I worked on this olivewood rosary, the more I thought of Juan Diego.
So, this seems to be my Juan Diego rosary.  It is still incomplete and the final
design may not work after all, but here's what it looks like now, in production.
I decided to try to see what my Guadalupe center looked like on this rosary,
and then decided to add my crucifix from Oaxaca.  I'm not sure the final design
looks balanced.  I think the center is too small for such a large crucifix.
